We envision the buildup of a grassroots momentum calling for the reprioritization of our taxpayer dollars and our public policies. We envision people in churches and union halls, schools and libraries, front rooms and street rallies gathering together to imagine a world without violence. Ultimately, we envision that 1% of the defense budget will be used to end violence against women and girls.
