Organizing a V-Day event is an exceptional opportunity to participate in an important global movement, one that requires a great responsibility to your cast, your production team, your beneficiary organizations and your community. If, after you are approved as an organizer, you find that you can't fulfill your commitment to produce your V-Day event, PLEASE write to campaign@vday.org as soon as possible. Please do not cut off communication with us, no matter the circumstances. It is crucial to V-Day's success that you let us know about alterations to your campaign right away so that we can maintain accurate records and give someone else the opportunity to produce in your place.
