Ann Valerie Timothee Milfort
Born in 1973, in Belgium, Ann Valérie Timothee Milfort, spent most of her younger years in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 2005, Ms. Milfort attended Rutgers University, United States, as an Hubert Humphrey Fellow. During her fellowship year, she focused on women’s rights, political structures and community organizing. She has extensive experience in the Haitian private and NGO sectors and now works as a consultant to the cabinet of the Minister of Women in Haiti. Ms Milfort, also works with grass root women and People Living With HIV AIDS groups on capacity building and advocacy.
