U.S. Activists: RISE Against Ice at NO KINGS this Saturday, March 28
This Saturday, millions of Americans will gather to reject the regime’s brutality at home and abroad at over 3000 No Kings rallies across the country.
State Violence Is Gender-Based Violence.
As One Billion Rising in the United States, we are called to confront the specific systems that enact gender-based violence, from the terror inflicted by ICE, to the ongoing silencing of survivors like those harmed by Epstein. We are witnessing how patriarchy, white supremacy, and state violence intersect with impunity. In 2026, we Rise to break that silence, to expose the harm and to uplift the leadership, truth, and vision of those most impacted. We Rise through creativity and collective action.
One Billion Rising at No Kings San Francisco rally: One Billion Rising U.S. Coordinator Taína Asili and V-Day/One Billion Rising Executive Director Susan Celia Swan will appear at the No Kings rally – which Taína will open singing the One Billion Rising anthem “We Are Rising” and her song “No Es Mi Presidencia”. Susan and Taína will bring our ‘2026 Rise for our Bodies, our Earth, our Future‘ message to the stage and lead the crowd in the Rise Against ICE call and response.
