OBR Eswatini and Regional Members Of Parliament Rise for Collective Action

By: Colani Hlatjwako
(OBR Eswatini Coordinator/ OBR Africa Regional Coordinator)

A call for collective action: One Billion Rising Eswatini and Women Unlimited Eswatini joined The Four Regional Members of Parliament Hon. Netta Nokunceda Bujela-Manser, Hon. Lorraine Nxumalo, Hon. Busisiwe Mavimbela and Hon. Nokuthula Dlamini at Mahlalini Shiselweni Region. The Four Regional women MPs responded to the call of #solidarity by visiting a woman who is a victim of abuse. They believe if all of us can come together and support survivors of violence in anyway possible, as well as empower other women who might be or have been in abusive relationships can send a strong message that this is unacceptable.

This is a call for collective action as women and women’s groups by the Regional MPs.
